Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, shipping carriers, and other factors outside our control.

Returns

Custom-decorated products are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.

Intellectual Property

Customers must have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted for production.
